Guests can access a range of dining concepts, including venues such as COYA, Leña, Sublimotion and TATEL. Within the hotel, COYA Restaurant & Pisco Bar introduces contemporary Peruvian cuisine alongside a dedicated cocktail programme, with select room categories reflecting the brand’s identity.
