Every Thursday evening throughout the winter season Chimichurri prepares a typical German dish. These dishes include the delicious German seasonal specialities, such as "Gänsebraten" roast goose. Other favourite meals are duck with red cabbage and dumplings or roast pork knuckle with sauerkraut.
