On Wednesday 12 August, BLESS Ibiza The Site's rooftop plays host to a special edition of Sips & Sounds, inspired by one of the summer’s most anticipated moments.
Set against a breathtaking Mediterranean backdrop, from 19:00 onwards the evening fuses gastronomy, live music, and an exclusive creation from the world-renowned Handshake Speakeasy.
Guest bartender Lia, flying in from Mexico, will present ECLIPSE by Handshake—a limited-edition cocktail inspired by the fleeting beauty of the solar eclipse and crafted solely for this one-off occasion.
Guests can also indulge in a specially curated menu designed to complement the experience from start to finish, complete with an exquisite live cooking station.
Smooth live performances will set an elegant, melodic tone as the sun dips, followed by a resident DJ spinning into the night for a truly unforgettable celebration under the Ibiza stars.
