During the military regime in Paraguay, two men secretly buried bodies in the forest. One morning, among the pile of dead, they discover someone who is still breathing. They both know they have to kill him, but they have never killed anyone before. A storm is approaching that announces winter, while the fate of the three men is defined during the 1978 World Cup final in Argentina.
