Ibiza & Formentera Preservation are inviting volunteers to join them in planting a giant butterfly garden on an organic farm in San José.
On Saturday 20 June from 10:00 to 13:00 extra hands are needed to help plant 500 aromatic and host plants, including lavender, rosemary, thyme, sage and fennel.
The plants will provide a habitat for butterflies and other pollinators, which play an essential role in the health of local ecosystems and crops, but whose populations are in decline.
