The perfect start to your week: the NEW Monday Mindful walk. This walk combines the pleasure of walking with various simple mindfulness exercises, to help you connect (more) to nature, yourself and all of your senses.

The walks are short and easy with several stops along the way in which you'll practise grounding, meditation, breathing, silence, earthing and awareness. The exercises are simple enough so that everyone can do them.

Note that every week the route changes so check the location before showing up.

The walks are by donation of €10 per person.
