El Chiringuito Es Cavallet, Ibiza

A gem of a venue nestled neatly among the natural beauty of the Salinas salt flats.

This is a venue where attention to detail is king. It's a place you can enjoy under sunlight or moonlight in equal measure - somewhere you can absorb good vibes all day long.

The restaurant boasts a fantastic beachfront location on Europe's second ever nudist beach, Es Cavallet - it is not strictly nudist though, everyone dresses - or undresses - as they like. You can relax with views to the sea in front of you, Dalt Vila to the left and the stunning island of Formentera to the right. Even the drive through the salt flats of Salinas is part of the experience.

El Chiringuito offers all you need for a full day's visit if you wish. The excellent on-site restaurant offers menus from breakfast right through to lunch or late night snacks with produce carefully prepared and sourced locally (where possible) by head chef Jérome Palayer. Of course with a great seafront location excellent fish dishes are on offer, with pasta and meat dishes also available along with a variety of menu items created especially for sharing.

For those with a penchant for sun worshipping, excellent service will come to you. Whatever you like, the staff go out of their way to make your visit that little bit more special. And if you go with kids in tow, there is a 'little chiringuito' play area where they can cause all the mischief they like in a safe environment.

For the fashion conscious among you, and like many of the other beach venues on the island, El Chiringuito has a small fashion boutique with some of the of the latest island trends from independent designers on sale.

While El Chiringuito is not necessarily a party venue, they do know how to throw one. Their opening and closing parties are particularly popular, with music being selected by some of the island's most loved DJs - Mr Doris, Andy Baxter and Mina.
