Hidden among lush gardens on the road to Sa Caleta and Cala Jondal, Jul's offers a peaceful retreat in Ibiza's south, just minutes from the airport yet worlds away from the bustle of everyday island life. It specialises in innovative contemporary Mediterranean cuisine with a Greek influence.
It has an elegant indoor-outdoor layout defined by natural materials and soft lighting. With its relaxed lounge-style seating, chic aesthetic and chilled-out atmosphere, it is equally suited to romantic dinners for two or larger celebrations with friends in search of an elevated dining experience.
Seasonal produce plays a central role in the cooking, much of it sourced from the restaurant's own organic farm, which supplies the kitchen with much of its fruit, vegetables and herbs. Merging different culinary traditions, state-of-the-art techniques and the freshest, locally grown produce, its menu embodies what it calls “a no-limit cuisine".
Standout dishes include mains such as sea bass fillet and Wagyu beef from the open fire alongside starters including Athinaiki salad, Giouvetsi, lobster risotto and bluefin tuna tartare. Meticulously crafted desserts such as the baklava and Tonka chocolate are equally delicious.
Drinks range from outstanding signature cocktails made in its dedicated mixology lab to a comprehensive wine list featuring traditional, natural and biodynamic wines from around the world, curated by expert sommeliers.
There is a stylish ethnic boutique offering chic apparel and accessories. The service staff are knowledgeable and attentive. Musical accompaniment is provided by a DJ who plays a mix of chilled and upbeat Afro and Deep House.
Valet parking is available.
