Having been on the island since mid-April, I've spent the last three months doing what I do best: standing in dark rooms until sunrise listening to DJs. Tough job, right? Though I could happily watch the same artists every week, August is when I start getting a bit more selective.
The calendar is absolutely ridiculous this month, so I'm making it my mission to catch DJs I don't get to see all that often, alongside a few names I've been itching to watch all summer.
Honestly, thank god for our party calendar, because without it I'd have absolutely no idea where I was supposed to be each night.
If you're heading to Ibiza this month, here are the five sets I'd be making a beeline for.

Saoirse | Josh Baker presents You&Me | Amnesia
Thursday 6 August
Starting strong, is a female DJ who's in the midst of a huge rise to the top. With a sound that can't be defined easily, Irish queen Saoirse has gained a huge new following this year alone, with her coveted IDs and unpredictable sets.
It might feel like she's suddenly exploded overnight, but the reality is she's been putting in the work for well over a decade. The industry is finally catching up. A proper DJ's DJ, an incredible producer and someone who genuinely pushes dance music forward.
We need more Saoirse's in this industry! I'd watch her every week if I could.

DJ Boring b2b Confidence Man | Dom Dolla | Hï Ibiza
Friday 7 August
Dom Dolla has absolutely nailed the guest bookings at Hï Ibiza this summer, but this one has to be one of the most intriguing. Australia’s finest electronic music exports unite, as DJ Boring joins Confidence Man for an epic back-to-back that can't be predicted until it happens.
Whether its Con-Man's masked enigma DJs or if Janet Planet and Sugar Bones are coming for a live PA, this pairing is one that adds a fun slice of flavour to the calendar.

Fatboy Slim | Pikes Presents | 528 Ibiza
Tuesday 11 August
Some DJs become legends. Norman Cook somehow became bigger than the word itself. The perfect fit for a Pikes Presents bill, you’re guaranteed that unmistakable Fatboy Slim energy, in a setting that can't be replicated anywhere else on the island.
Whether he's dropping timeless classics like Praise You or Right Here, Right Now or digging into leftfield Disco edits, he's got a way of making his sets feels educational. The best part is that he still looks like he's having just as much fun behind the decks as everyone in front of them!
Decades after Big Beach Boutique, numerous Ibiza escapades and more iconic moments than most artists could dream of, Fatboy Slim still has crowds eating out of the palm of his hand.

Goldie | Tales of the Unexpected | Akasha
Thursday 13 August
Ibiza and Drum & Bass have always had a complex relationship. Every few years someone tries to make it happen on a bigger scale, but let's face it, this island will always be a House music island first. That said, in the right club, with the right crowd, D&B absolutely works.
Akasha feels tailor-made for a Goldie set. Intimate, sweaty, loud and full of people who are actually there for the music. If you're a Drum & Bass fan, this IS easily one of the hidden gems of the month - and the year.

The Martinez Brothers | Carl Cox | [UNVRS]
Sunday 23 August
I don't know about anyone else, but I'm really feeling a Martinez Brothers shaped hole on Ibiza this year.
Having held a residency at Hï Ibiza for four consecutive years, the brother duo are playing fewer dates in 2026, focusing on bookings elsewhere around Europe. Maybe they needed an island break? Fair enough - they've earned a breather.
Chris and Stevie have played a few dates over the summer so far, but seeing them play alongside ol’ Carl Cox is something entirely different. It'll be like the [UNVRS] Opening Party all over again.
If that isn't enough for you, we'll have more recommendations from our clubbing experts online for you soon.
Tickets to all five of Lissy's picks can be found on our party calendar, along with extensive listings at the island's best clubs.
