Tiësto brings the Trance energy back to Ibiza with [UNVRS] artist drop
Peak-summer Monday nights at [UNVRS] are taking on a distinctly Trance and Hard Dance-tinged flavour in 2026. Legendary Dutch DJ Tiësto returns to Ibiza for a special five-date residency, running from 3 August to 31 August.
More importantly though, appears to be our host reconnecting with the sound that made him one of the most influential DJs of all time.
After spending much of the 2010s pursuing more commercial , recent sets at Dreamstate, EDC Las Vegas and In Search of Sunrise hinted a clear creative pivot back to form.
The euphoric breakdowns, rolling melodies and emotional tension that defined early Tiësto, were back in the picture again. Honestly, there are few better places than Ibiza for that evolution to continue.

Sunrise at [UNVRS] is a holy experience
The line-up he’s assembled over the five-week stint reflects where dance music is heading right now.
While Kevin de Vries and Massano bring the darker, cinematic edge of modern Melodic Techno, KI/KI, Hannah Laing, Benwal and DJ Try tap directly into the growing crossover between Trance, Hard House and peak-time Techno.
Elsewhere, names like Lisa Korver, Paige Tomlinson, S3PPA and Samer Soltan continue the residency’s balance between old school influence and newer club energy.
Between 2007 and 2011, Tiësto dominated Monday nights at [UNVRS]'s former incarnation, Privilege Ibiza, during Trance’s super-club heyday.
Over a decade later, he’s back at the same coordinates in San Rafael, this time with a noticeably different energy surrounding both him and the wider electronic music scene. For longtime Ibiza visitors, this will feel like a genuine full-circle moment.
As the Balearic sunrise begins to creep in each Tuesday morning, this residency looks set to blur the line between old school rave and contemporary dancefloor sounds.
Tickets and line-ups for all five dates can be found below or by visiting our party calendar.
