Off-season clubbing on Ibiza | 14 to 16 November

Weekend preview.

Don't believe everything you've been told. Summer may be over, but despite the prevailing myth, clubbing does not entirely shut down here during the off-season. Wherever you are based on the island, the weekend still offers late-night dancefloors to fulfil your partying desires.

Here is what's on the dancing agenda between 14 and 16 November.

Akasha | Las Dalias

San Carlos (near Santa Eulalia)

Open eleven months out of twelve, Akasha is our almost year-round playground in the north of the island. While it might get less attention during summer when the influx of tourists are blinded by the allure of the super-clubs, the intimate 300-capacity nightspot really excels during winter.

This weekend, it returns with its regular Saturday double-header Supernova on 15 November. Starting outside in the Las Dalias garden from 14:00, we later move inside from 20:00 once nightfall has taken hold, decanting into the club room for the remainder of the night.

Selador Records' Dave Seaman and John Monkman are in charge of tune selection, with support from Bohem and Ibiza Sonica Radio's Karlos Sense.

Las Dalias

Sunday sees a pause to the usual programme for a special one-off from Visionari, which has an early start outdoors from midday. A party for travellers and dreamers to connect, Visionari is an oasis between the sun and the stars, where art, community and music merge in harmony.

Medusa Odyssey, Cris44, Audera, Words of Niō and Bruz are amongst the island favourites to perform on 16 November.

Pre-sale tickets are available exclusively through Ibiza Spotlight and save you money against the price of admission on the door.

Eden Ibiza

Eden

San Antonio

On the west coast, Eden has back-to-back nights of parties in its off-season programme.

The tempo is dialled up a notch on Friday 14 November, as Nocturna Techno returns. DJs Acida, Antz, Chouchou, K.Dluxe and Wild Fox are all back for more indomitable beats, following their all-nighter last month.

Saturday night is one for the ladies, as K Rico comes to town on 15 November. The party includes a stage show from male stripper El Zorro, so attendees' discretion is advised. Expect sexy slow jams and music you can move your hips to.
