This August, the cosmopolitan club Chinois is unveiling a brand-new residency, Shimza & Co., showcasing the very best in Afro House and Afro Tech. Commencing Friday 8 August, renowned South African DJ, Shimza, is up for a month-long stint at the marina-side venue, with some illustrious company.
Best known for his ‘Karma Karma’ radio show, a standout 2024 performance for Cercle, and multiple Boiler Room appearances, Shimza has amassed a worldwide following, showcasing a deep and hypnotic blend of African House music.
Delivered by an artist riding global momentum after collaborations with Elderbrook, CamelPhat, and Louie Vega, Shimza’s world‑class guests include: & Friends, Andrea Oliva, Antdot, Arodes, Darque, Dennis Ferrer, Kitty Amor, Le Yora and more…
