Inspired by the gastronomic philosophy of Six Senses, The Sunday Brunch offers an exquisite selection of organic, nutritious and healthy dishes made with seasonal products. Enjoy the flavours of spring in a vibrant, cosmopolitan environment.
Brunch begins at 13:00 h with an enticing selection of culinary stations, from the spectacular Raw Bar (sashimi, ceviche and oysters), exquisite Iberian cuts, original cocktails and wines from the restaurant's cellar, in addition to original vegetable options and focaccia from the wood oven.
The menu continues à la carte with a selection of starters and main courses to choose: from eggs prepared in different ways to salads and cold creams in addition to tasty dishes such as rices, fish and meat cuts of the day, finalising with an assortment of French-style pastries and delicious flavours from the Ice Cream Bar.
The Sunday Brunch includes unlimited access to the buffet, a welcome glass of champagne, fresh juices, water, coffee and tea, access to the Kids Club, children's activities, live music and valet parking.
