On 15 September, The Beach, Unexpected Ibiza hosts Six Hands, a unique gastronomic experience bringing together three chefs with complementary profiles and outstanding reputations.
The experience features Jorge Lengua, whose mainland Spanish restaurant, Llavor, received a Michelin star in 2025; Adri Paniagua, Chef at The Beach, Unexpected Ibiza; and Gonzalo Cancelo, Pastry Chef at The Unexpected Ibiza Hotel.
Together, the three chefs create an exclusive tasting menu featuring dishes with different Mediterranean flavours, specially designed for the occasion and served at The Beach, Unexpected Ibiza. The experience celebrates each chef’s individual style and talent through a culinary proposal designed to surprise and create a memorable evening.
