Celebrity chef Eyal Shani returns to the crystalline waters of the north of Ibiza for the Season Launch of HaSalon, at Six Senses Ibiza.
On 1 July, Six Senses Ibiza invites you to join the founding father of new Israeli cuisine and Master Chef, Eyal Shani on a journey of flavourful discovery with a summer of creation.
Eyal weaves his magic, and works closely with farmers, focusing on produce that is seasonal and organic. Ibiza is the main ingredient on the menu. “The energy. The relationship between the land and sea. You can taste the sun." says Eyal.
