The APAAC (the association against cancer from Ibiza and Formentera) organises its fund raising dinner at the magnificent Ushuaïa Tower Montauk Steak House.
¿When? On Tuesday 14 of May from 21:00
The event will count with the beautiful dances of the Bollywood Ibiza dance collective.
The menu costs € 80 and includes:
Appetizers to share
-Ceasar salad with grilled chicken
-Carpaccio of veel with shallots
-Champignons with idiazàbal cheese and croutons
-Smoked josper provolone cheese
Main dish (choose)
-Beef tenderloin with périgueux sauce.
-Black cod confitted with grilled vegetables and marine plakton mayonnaise.
Dessert
-White chocolate soup.
