El Silencio Inside presents Les Enfants du Marché

Acclaimed Parisian chef, Thibault Sombardier, holder of one Michelin star, brings his passion for haute cuisine to Ibiza.

With menus emphasising local, seasonal Ibizan produce, Thibault is bringing his unique approach to gastronomy in the stylish, laidback setting of El Silencio Inside, the pop-up restaurant at El Silencio Ibiza in Cala Molí.

Expect plenty of refreshing fish and seafood-based dishes including such standout creations as red mullet & bass tartare with carrots vinaigrette & local herbs oil, braised crayfish glazed with sea urchin butter & lime, and turbot served in a mussel chowder.


El Silencio Inside is a pop-up restaurant located inside Dreamland, an immersive installation by the artist Samuel de Saboia, through which great international chefs will rotate throughout the summer.

Curated by the French master chef Guillaume Sanchez, Thibault Sombardier (July 14-23) will be followed by Les Enfants du Marché (July 24-31), Bruno Verjus (August 1-6) and Julien Sebbag (August 7-16).
