The "IV Cuttlefish Fair", celebrated on Saturday 23 March from 12:00, in the village of San Juan, in the north of the island, pays tribute to the cuttlefish, which is present in many traditional Ibizan recipes.
As well as tasting all the recipes on offer (both traditional and avant-garde) you can also enjoy various craft stalls.
With no doubt, a day not to be missed if you love the delicious Ibizan gastronomy.
