From Saturday 15 July to 30 August, Six Senses Ibiza, located on the island’s northern coast in the bay of Cala Xucla, collaborates with the celebrated restaurant HIBA from Israel, run by celebrity chef Yossi Shitrit.
For a limited time, guests will have the opportunity to experience the unique culinary pop-up that combines the freshest Ibizan produce from the resort's organic farm with the multisensory fine dining experience HIBA is renowned for.
HIBA's carefully curated pop-up menu showcases some of the restaurant’s acclaimed dishes with local adaptations. Presenting a selection of around twelve beautifully plated dishes, will not only tantalise your taste buds but also stimulate visual, olfactory and tactile senses. From the vibrant colours of the fresh produce to the enticing aromas wafting from the kitchen, every element is carefully curated to create a captivating sensory journey.
The pop-up will be hosted in the intimate setting at the resort’s Secret Bar, located in The Beach Caves in the perfect seafront location. Each seating accommodates a maximum of 12 guests, ensuring an exclusive and personalized dining experience.
