On Thursday 15 May, The Beach at The Unexpected Ibiza Hotel hosts 'Clandestinos' — A unique culinary experience held just once each season. This exclusive occasion brings together the venue’s resident chefs with esteemed guest chefs from across Spain, including special guest Luis Valls Rozalén, head chef from Michelin-starred restaurant El Poblet.
From 13:00 to 18:00, guests will enjoy an open-air showcooking featuring a variety of freshly made rice dishes, along with a changing selection of starters.
The tasting menu is priced at €45, with an optional drinks pairing available for €20, including unlimited wine, beer, soft drinks and water.
