The Masquerade Motel theme returns for a second year for the Pacha party threatening to out-do even Guetta's Thursdays.
Sebastian Ingrosso, Axwell and Steve Angello return to their Monday night slot at Pacha for the third time, opening on the 6th June and closing on the 26th September. Riding on the success of last year’s residency and their Gold award debut album ‘Until One’ the wildly popular trio has stuck with their infamous Masquerade Motel theme.
With Pacha’s antique and exotic charm, the club, which was established in 1973 provides the perfect venue for Swedish House Mafia’s ‘rough edgy take on a Moulin Rouge fantasy’. Housing numerous bars and areas such as the Funky room aka El Cielo, the Global room and even a terrace, Pacha offers a suitable haven for every party-goer. Not forgetting the main room, which will set the stage for the ‘madcap entertainment’ that Swedish House Mafia will be bringing to Ibiza every week.
One question we’ve got to ask – can they top the huge success of their 2010 summer?
Assumed to be unmissable and one of the more expensive nights on the island the electronic trio has set the bar high for the season ahead. To avoid disappointment make sure you check the line-up as the renowned threesome are missing from June 27th date, with the likes of AN21 and Kim Fai filling their shoes.
Although Pacha hosts VIP tables and isn’t a stranger to the rich and famous, the Swedish House Mafia’s Masquerade Motel keeps the Ibizan spirit alive with a fun and magical ambience and sees ‘tourists and locals mix together. With a capacity of up to 4000, Pacha is one of the smaller clubs on the White Isle so when a big night bags itself a residency you’re guaranteed a more intimate clubbing experience.
‘With a real Balearic flavour’ Pacha is the perfect place to house the Swedish House Mafia residency, and if you love progressive electro sounds mixed up with vocals and tunes like 'Leave The World Behind and 'Feel The Vibe' then this is the one for you, but be willing to expect a certain amount of 'follow-the-crowd' fans!
Some of the guests set to check into the Masquerade Motel this summer will be; Armand Van Heldon, A Trak, AN21, Alex Metric, Alesso, Benny Benassi, Calvin Harris, David Tort, Dirty South, Example, Kim Fai, Max Vangeli, Norman Doray, Third Party, Thomas Gold and Tinie Tempah.
A few more cameo slots need filling so be sure to see some other big names added to the line-up!
People have been asking about tickets for these events in their hundreds recently. Here is the definitive answer: Pacha has limited capacity and ticket sellers, including Spotlight, are given limited supply to sell. We have already sold out for June parties and we have no specific dates as to when the rest of the season's tickets will go on sale. You'll just have to keep checking back regularly.
Tickets will be available on the island, but will be in high-demand and subject to inflated prices at many points due to that high-demand. Paying at the door is an option of course, but entry isn't guaranteed that way and you'll definitely pay more that way.

The club was dangerously busy though - you could barely move until around 5.30am. When you decided to move to another room, it was a real ordeal, about 15 mins of shoving past people and having everyone giving you dirty looks for trying to move. Makes it a bit hard to dance!
I'd love to go to SHM again next year but hope they move to a bigger venue, Pacha is too small, especially when half the club is VIP. At 70 Euros it was not good value!
Thanx for the Information :D

although I always have a trip to Pacha, as its probably, at a push my fave club.
not for fmif though, and we saw the Swedes last summer, the night Kylie sang, we saw Kylie, then it was so rammed we went on the terrace, listened to some cool 70s tunes, chilled out, and about 5am went back into the main room to finish our night.
the SHM were still rocking it, and the dancefloor wasnt half as rammed... great night... but I will no way go to see them this year.
And for those of you who don't know Danny is the creative diretor at Pacha. Back to one the questions above, I'd say SHM and FMIF are the worst nights to do Pacha if you only want to go once. Tong, Defected or Luciano are now musically the strongest nights by far (obviously the style is very different). What Danny and Pete have done with Friday's is brilliant (with the exception of Usher), so I REALLY would recommend that...... All the aforementioned nights do what Pacha does best. I know they have to do SHM and FMIF to bring in the mega €€€, but to experience the vibe and beauty of Pacha try another night....

I hear Luciano is getting very restless about his night at Pacha.......

Thank god for the terrace area where you can actually breath lol
Nonetheless it was still wicked when SHM did come on....there was more room to dance and more importantly breath round the back area of the main DJ box 8)
What time did they come on?
I was a bit messy when I was there in June 8)
