Conceptualised by Louie from the mighty Dunmore dynasty, Sondela is a record label and party series born in the North East of the UK, but now permanently based in London, specialising in Afro House and Afro-Tech.
In 2025, it lands at Chinois Ibiza in stately Ibiza Marina for a special night of evocative and immersive dance music from and influenced by the burgeoning African scene and its movement.
You may recall Sondela's first dalliance with Ibiza saw it take over the legendary Bora Bora for a series of free daytime parties during the beach club's final year in 2023. Underlining the rising profile of the brand, it's back this summer, this time for a one-off nighttime edition featuring an array of dazzling names from the Afro-Tech universe.
The label itself has been graced by some of the genre's biggest proponents, including Da Capo, Emmanuel Jal, Enoo Napa, Fka Mash, Hyenah, Lazarusman, Lemon & Herb and many more decorated artists. That should give you a good indication of the type of music you can expect to hear.
On the night, you can catch (A-Z) Ankhoï, Cleido, Jamiie, Louie Dunmore, Luch and Nitefreak.
