Loaded with a record €500,000 investment in corporate community initiatives for 2025, the Pacha Foundation has announced its most ambitious plan to date.
The 2025 programme will support more than 35 initiatives linking Ibiza’s world famous club culture with measurable social and environmental outcomes.
These range from healthcare access for at-risk families and inclusion programmes for young people, to environmental action such as reforestation, marine conservation and smart recycling networks that reinforce Ibiza's long-term visitor economy.
On the cultural front, the foundation will stage flagship music events at Ibiza’s port and Vara de Rey, alongside international marathons, cycling races, and other sporting events that extend the island's tourist season and enrich its cultural capital.
"The Pacha Foundation is committed to fostering a vibrant, resilient Ibiza, where community, culture and conservation thrive together," said president Kabir Mulchandani (pictured below).

"This 2025 plan reflects our dedication to strengthening the island’s legacy for future generations."
Founded in 2018, the Pacha Foundation builds on the group's legacy of community investment by aligning the brand with purpose-led growth.
Guided by its board and trustees, the foundation positions Pacha as a civic platform, where music culture extends beyond nightlife to actively shape social welfare, environmental stewardship and cultural heritage on the island.
The funding represents a 430 per cent increase since FIVE Holdings' acquisition of the Pacha Group in 2023, positioning the foundation as a leading driver of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and sustainability on the island.
With the approval of the 2025 plan, Pacha is setting a new benchmark for CSR in Ibiza’s nightlife sector, one where the dancefloor directly fuels community resilience.
