The Spanish Army, Navy and Airforce will be having a joint practice invasion

The Spanish Army, Navy and Airforce will be having a joint practice invasion of enemy territory in Ibizan waters next Thursday.

Airforce planes will drop paratroopers into the seas where they will immediately become frogmen using high-speed rubber dinghies ready to launch a nocturnal invasion of the 'enemy held' coastline.

One possible venue for this top secret invasion is Punta Galera, just round the coast from San Antonio's famous Sunset Strip, and we would like to warn any of the uniformly clad individuals who throng this area at sundown not to worry if the sun is blotted out by parachutes. This is more likely to be Jimmy's Parasailing than a platoon of marines about to make a beachhead by the Café del Mar!
