On 31 December 2025, NoHo Ibiza Beach Club on Las Salinas beach hosts the final dinner of the year with a special New Year’s Eve celebration by the sea.
The venue offers a sensual and sophisticated atmosphere, perfectly aligned with bohemian, cosmopolitan Ibiza, creating an ideal setting to farewell the year with high-end gastronomy in an exceptional environment.
For this occasion, it presents a specially crafted menu:
Starters
- Steak tartare nigiri
- Iberian ham with cristal bread and tomato
- Tomato carpaccio with stracciatella, Kalamata olives and secret dressing
- Peruvian corvina ceviche with candied sweet potato, choclo and crispy corn
Main Courses
- Grilled octopus leg with potato millefeuille, sweet tomato, black olive and smoked oil
- Lobster with Armoricaine sauce and seasonal vegetables
