Amnesia, Ibiza

Memories? They're overrated!

Arguably the most quintessential of Ibiza clubbing experiences, Amnesia has long been the backdrop for some of Ibiza's most unforgettable clubbing moments. So long, in fact, that it is the latest of the island's clubs to reach the applause-worthy fifty year anniversary. That means, we're in for a super celebratory year.

Best believe that Amnesia will throw down the marker and commemorate five decades of dancing with a season full of spectacular one-off parties, special guest appearances and cultural collaborations.

Possessing two massive dancefloor, Amnesia is home to its Main Room, a dark, cavernous cauldron, and The Terrace, an expansive arena with a glass roof that is flooded with light when the sun rises. Both are guarded by the notorious Amnesia ice cannons that could strike at any time.

Though eclectic in its overall programming, Amnesia is especially revered for its Techno and Tech House sessions. Like all the super-clubs, Amnesia's main dancefloors can get extremely busy and are famed for incredible communal moments with every hand in the air. The upper levels of Amnesia are VIP, providing an amazing view of the revelry below. Often you can upgrade to get access here and escape the madness below.

As well as being the subject of much folklore, Amnesia has picked up numerous industry awards since it rose to play a starring role in Ibiza's nightlife history. It's for all these reasons and more, that it has become synonymous with the island and earned its place as a beacon for clubbers from all over the world. A holiday without a night at Amnesia just wouldn't be the same.
