There has been a lot of nervousness around during the last 24 hours, after Space informed us they might change the date of their world famous opening party. People who had already booked their flights suddenly saw themselves losing out on one of the season's biggest fiestas while others got high hopes of an unexpected present in the form of a postponed Space Opening Party.
In the end, nothing changes. The date that had initially been confirmed to Ibiza Spotlight by the club itself is correct; Space Ibiza opens on Sunday, 26th May 2013.
So there you have it, a great few days and nights of partying lined up to kick-start the 2013 season: The IMS International Music Summit on 22nd - 24th May with their two parties up in Dalt Vila on 23rd and 24th May, Sankeys Ibiza's double header opening party on 23rd and 24th May (perfect to continue after the IMS parties) and Space Opening on 26th May - all confirmed. Still to be confirmed are Ushuaïa's and DC-10's opening parties, supposedly happening on 25th (Ushuaïa) and 27th May (DC-10). We will of course let you know once these dates are confirmed as well.
