Ushuaia Pioneers Paytouch

The super cool Ushuaia Ibiza Beach Hotel is not only at the forefront of Ibiza's entertainment scene, but is also pioneering modern technology throughout the hotel.

Last year we told you about the Facebook Bracelets which were available for clients to connect to social media during their stay, and now the hotel has introduced a revolutionary method of paying for your drinks, meals and purchases without having to carry your purse or wallet.

Called paytouch, it's a system which links your scanned fingerprints to your credit card, so that all you need to do to pay is put two fingers on a screen, and that's it!

What a great idea, and perfect for fashionistas like myself who have always struggled to find room in a pair of skin tight Speedos for an Amex Platinum Card.
