Fly Ibiza: Red Bull

Every year, energy drink Red Bull holds a flying competition in a different city in the world, and this year Ibiza has been chosen as the venue. As our video shows, the aim of the competition is to fly as far as possible in an outlandish machine powered only by the wind and staffed by up to five equally outlandish crew members.

September 8th is the day that 35 crews will step up to the platform in Ibiza harbour and launch themselves into the clear fresh air, or sea, whichever comes first.

All the magnificent men in their flying machines have to remember is that 'Red Bull gives you wings!'
