San Rafael Craft Fair

The small village of San Rafael, perhaps most famously known as the location of Ibiza's super clubs Amnesia and Privilege, is also the island's only official artisan zone - Zona de Interés Artesanal – because of the traditional pottery shops there.

Starting this Thursday, 28th June and every Thursday throughout the summer, there'll be a craft fair in the village featuring not only the famous ceramic work, but also other items made and grown in the village and surrounding area. Also featuring local music and dancing the fair takes place in the wonderfully renovated Can Portmany centre – just across the road from Can Pilot – from 19.00 to 23.30.

It's a nice opportunity to see and buy some local crafts – many of which will easily fit into a suitcase without damaging the luggage allowance – in out of office hours.
