Terms and Conditions
Below are the Terms and Conditions of Ibiza Spotlight. Some venues and event organizers have their own Terms and Conditions, which take precedence over Ibiza Spotlight's Terms and Conditions for events taking place in the venue and/or organized by the event organizer. These extra Terms and Conditions are shown on your ticket and below.
Ibiza Spotlight Terms and Conditions for event tickets
- Tickets purchased are for the purchaser's and/or the group's personal use. They may not be resold and are non-transferable.
- You must be minimum 18 years of age to attend any clubbing venues, boat parties or other clubbing-related events.
- More than one person on the ticket. In the case of multiple bookings, the person whose name is on the ticket must present him/herself at the venue. Entry will be refused to all people unless the ticket holder is in attendance.
- The ticket holder shall be required to present an identity document with a photograph (driving licence, national ID document or passport) at the entrance to the venue. Photocopies will not be accepted. You can bring your tickets with you either on your mobile phone or printed on paper. If you wish to show your tickets on your mobile phone, please make sure it is charged. If you can not show a valid ticket you will not be allowed to enter the venue.
- In the case of an event which is cancelled before it starts, the event organizer and/or venue reserves the right to offer a comparable alternative event or date in lieu of a refund. If the customer does not accept the alternative offered, they should contact us to request the full refund of the ticket. If an event is cancelled after it has started, the event organizer decides whether the customer is eligible to receive a partial refund of the ticket price paid, except where the cancellation is due to force majeure and/or adverse weather conditions, in which case no refund will apply. If the event has changed the date or venue, the event organizer reserves the right to authorize or not the refund of the amount paid, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
- The venue reserves the right to refuse admission under specific circumstances. These include, but are not limited to, persons under the influence of illegal substances or in a drunken state, anyone whose appearance is deemed unclean or unkempt, and anyone not dressed according to the dress code stated on the ticket. This also includes people carrying luggage/suitcases - you wil not be allowed access to the venue with your luggage/suitcases. In the event that you are refused entry to a venue, Ibiza Spotlight cannot accept any liability and any claims should be made directly with the organisers of the event themselves.
- Ibiza Spotlight will not be held responsible for adverse weather conditions.
- In the event of theft or loss of the tickets purchased, contact Ibiza Spotlight by email as soon as possible in order to obtain replacements.
- The list of DJs advertised may be subject to change. Ibiza Spotlight cannot be held responsible for any changes made in this regard.
- Purchasers of tickets for VIP areas (available for some venues) should be correctly and smartly dressed (t-shirts and shorts are not acceptable attire) and the venue reserves the right to refuse entry to the VIP zone if the foregoing conditions are not respected. Access to the VIP area does not include table service or free drinks, unless specifically mentioned on your ticket.
- You may cancel some tickets purchased directly through Ibiza Spotlight free of charge, for any reason, and at any time up to the specified number of days before the event, and you'll receive a full refund of the ticket price. Any exceptions to this are clearly marked in your basket and order confirmation. Cancelling is really easy and only takes a minute from My Orders.
- For most events you must select the refundable option in order to be able to cancel. These events are clearly marked in your basket. Purchasing a refundable ticket enables you to cancel for any reason, and at any time up to the specified number of days before the event - and receive a full refund of the ticket price (the fee for the refundable option itself is not refunded). If you do not select the refundable option for an event, then the ticket will be marked as non-refundable and can not be cancelled. Cancelling is really easy and only takes a minute from My Orders.
- There can be no refunds under any circumstances after the event has taken place.
- In the event that the card used to purchase the ticket is stolen or tickets are purchased through fraudulent use of the card, the amount can be reclaimed by contacting Ibiza Spotlight at least 24 hours prior to the event. In this case the tickets purchased will be cancelled.
- Ibiza Spotlight acts in this transaction merely as an agent for the venue, selling tickets for access thereto, thus any liability is strictly confined to their issue through either physical or electronic means, and the company cannot accept any liability for activities taking place at the venue.
