How does it work?

It's really simple:

  1. Choose your activity
  2. Pay with a credit card or PayPal...
  3. You will immediately receive an email with your ticket and all important information
  4. Bring your printed ticket and photo ID to the chosen activity...
  6. Go in and have a spectacular time!
What do I need to bring to the activity?

The printed ticket. As soon as the purchase of the activity has been confirmed, you can print out the individual tickets for all the booked activities. You will also receive a link to these tickets in your confirmation email. These tickets include all contact details, conditions and any important information.

A photo ID card which clearly shows your name with a recent photo. Eg driving licence with photo, personal ID card, passport. No photocopies please.

When do I receive the tickets?

As soon as you have completed your purchase, you can print your tickets straight away.

Unless stated otherwise on your ticket, you must bring the printed ticket (with photo ID)

Why do some activities need my arrival and departure dates?

Most activities require you to enter your arrival and departure dates so that they have an approximate idea of when you are coming and can plan accordingly. They may also require you to confirm the exact date you wish to participate in the activity. Whether or not you need to confirm your exact date is shown clearly in the printed ticket.

Do I need to confirm the date of my activity?

For some activities we advise you get in touch with the activity suppliers not less than 1 week before your arrival to confirm the exact date you wish to do the activity. Whether advance confirmation is needed or not is clearly marked on your ticket. You will receive full instructions on how and by when to contact the activity supplier on the ticket.

What happens if I have lost my ticket or need to change / cancel my tickets ?

If you loose your ticket, please send an EMAIL to from the email account used to make the original booking, clearly stating your NAME and VOUCHER ORDER NUMBER, and we will resend the ticket.

If you have to cancel your ticket or change it, please also send an EMAIL to in which you clearly state your NAME and VOUCHER ORDER NUMBER and we will handle your request. Please check the cancellation conditions which you find on your ticket and also on the activity's page.

How do I pay for the tickets?

You can either pay using a credit card (Visa Credit or Debit / Visa Electron / Mastercard / Eurocard) or you can pay using PayPal. 

In both cases, you will be billed by Ibiza Spotlight S.L. whose name will show up on your credit card / PayPal account.

There is a 4-day minimum release for PayPal purchases: this means you can only buy tickets using PayPal for activities at least 4 days away, this is to protect against fraud, we are really sorry for the inconvenience!

Whose name goes on the ticket?

The credit card holder or the PayPal account holder must buy the ticket in his own name.

Can I buy tickets for more than 1 person?

Yes of course, simply select the number of people you want on each ticket. If you are booking for more than one person, the credit card holder is responsible for all the persons on the ticket. No person will be able to participate in the activity without the credit card holder - there are NO exceptions to this rule.

Can I buy tickets for other people?

Yes, you can.

If you want to purchase the ticket as a gift for someone else, simply get in touch with us after the purchase by replying to the email you receive with the confirmation voucher. Please indicate the name of the person who will be doing the activity. We will then resend the ticket with the updated name.

What if the activity is cancelled?

Should the supplier need to cancel an activity due to unforeseen circumstances (eg bad weather, repairs, etc.) then the supplier will reschedule the activity. If the alternative date does not suit you, then the activity will be fully refunded.

How are my personal details protected?

All payments on Ibiza Spotlight's server are securely encrypted using 256-bit SSL technology. You can see the green padlock in the top left hand corner of the URL bar of your browser - which means you can safely transmit your credit card numbers in complete confidence.

We also use Verified by Visa / Mastercard SecureCode. This is an extra level of authentication which is required by your bank at the moment of purchase - usually a secret password, a pin number, an sms to your mobile with a one-time code, etc.

This gives you, the customer, and us, the merchant, a much higher level of security on credit card payments, as it guarantees the identity of the person making the purchase.

Personal data protection info

According to the General Data Protection Regulation (UE) 2016/679, regarding your personal data management, we inform you:

Data Controller: IBIZA SPOTLIGHT S.L, Avenida Dr. Fleming Nº35, 07820, Sant Antoni de Portmany(ILLES BALEARS).

Purpose: Buying club tickets or activity tickets.

Lawful basis for processing data: subject's consent.

Data disclosure: Your personal data will not be disclosed unless forced by law.

Rights: You have right of access, right to rectification, right to erasure and data portability, and right to restriction of processing, writing a letter accompanied by a copy of an official document evidencing your identity to the Data Controller. You have also the right to logde a complaint with a Supervisory Authority (Spanish Supervisory Authority is Agencia Española de Protección de Datos).
