A broad deck surrounds the villa’s large pool with integrated jacuzzi to deliver panoramic views in every direction – across nearby countryside and pine woodlands, with the bay of San Antonio sparkling blue on the horizon.
Around the pool, the sun shimmers over a large deck area with dining table, seating ten. Soak up a few rays in the poolside loungers. Or relax under the shade of a parasol in the relaxed lounge seating on the other side of the pool.
To the rear of the property, a small terrace area is home to a table tennis table. And a further spectacular al-fresco chill-out area can be found on the roof; a sun terrace with incredible vistas and an open fireplace.
Inside, original features create a unique Ibiza holiday home. A comfortable lounge area sits in a double-height atrium with central feature fireplace. The formal dining space has a stylish bar and a magnificent vista across farmland to the sea through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The large and well-equipped kitchen has a cosy breakfast table.
The staircase to the first-floor bedrooms and terrace curls around the rough natural stone of the central atrium. Here, you’ll find the master suite with walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite with jacuzzi bathtub and massage shower. At the other end of the floor, a double bedroom with king-size bed has a private sun terrace and en-suite with bathtub.
Downstairs, on one wing, a twin bedroom has a private sun terrace and en-suite with bathtub. At the other, a service room has access to a basic kitchen area, making it suitable for nannies, staff, etc. It shares use of the guest bathroom. A further large area downstairs has a double sofa bed, making suitable for two children to share.
