Cancellations
You may cancel some tickets purchased directly through Ibiza Spotlight free of charge, for any reason, and at any time up to 1 day before the event, and you'll receive a full refund of the ticket price. For most events you must purchase cancellation insurance in order to be able to cancel. These events are clearly marked in your basket. If you do not purchase cancellation insurance for an event, then the ticket will be marked as non-refundable and can not be cancelled. Cancelling is really easy and only takes a minute from My Orders.
