Cancellations
You may cancel some tickets purchased directly through Ibiza Spotlight free of charge, for any reason, and at any time up to 1 day before the event, and you'll receive a full refund of the ticket price. For some venues you must purchase cancellation insurance. These are clearly marked in your basket. Cancelling is really easy and only takes a minute from My Orders.
