When you take a seat within the restaurant Punta Carretas, you are in for a sensorial treat. Both meat lovers and vegetarians will be delighted with the experience. There is also Live music and DJ sessions.

The garden dining area, rustic in motif, creates a comfortable yet magical setting to sit down for a delicious meal in this magnificent restaurant. Chef Pablo Castillo formerly part of "El Bulli " and his team guided by his right hand Ramón Aguado, cook everything to order using only best quality produce many of which comes from their own vegetable garden. The best cuts of prime meat, either flamed on a traditional Uruguayan grill or prepared in a Josper oven, are the star items on the menu. Delicate starters like the courgette (zucchini) tartare with ricotta foam or the speciality, el chuletón, a rib steak matured for 45 days are ones to try.

Accompany your meal with one of the organic and natural wines you'll find on the carefully selected wine list or end the evening with one of its excellent cocktails. A magical evening awaits you: a true food lovers' dining experience, accompanied by music, open till the early morning hours.
