Talamanca, Ibiza. Spain and Mexico collide on the shores of Talamanca Bay.



BiBo Ibiza Bay is a pop-up dining experience created by the popular Spanish chef Dani García, occupying the third restaurant space at the luxury gastronomic oasis, Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay in Talamanca.

BiBo restaurants are a cosmopolitan culinary travel guide, created to enjoy global cuisine, fused with the chef’s Andalusian roots. At BiBo Ibiza Bay, Dani García brings together dishes that he has been accumulating on trips inside and outside of Spain, fusing them with new flavours from the streets of Mexico.

Dani García has teamed up with Mexican chef Abril Chamorro, to create a new new menu that will transport diners to her home roots, with the tastiest, 100% Mexican, street food recipes. Alongside classic BiBo dishes, such as oxtail brioche, foie yogurt tapa or fried hake, among others, diners can now enjoy specialities; Aguachile, with red shrimp from Ibiza, corvina, freshly prepared with blue and yellow corn tostadas, or the tuna loin, avocado and chipotle mayonnaise tostada.

As with the rest of the restaurants at Nobu Ibiza Bay, BiBo Ibiza Bay offers a relaxed and informal dining experience, combining brasserie, tapas bar and steak house, and with sharing being at the heart of the concept. Positioned directly on the Mediterranean seafront, lunches can easily blend into afternoon drinks, or an aperitif can turn into dinner...
