BiBo Ibiza Bay is a pop-up dining experience created by the popular Spanish chef Dani García, occupying the third restaurant space at the luxury gastronomic oasis, Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay in Talamanca.

BiBo restaurants are a cosmopolitan culinary travel guide, created to enjoy global cuisine, fused with the chef’s Andalusian roots. BiBo Ibiza Bay is back blending the chef’s creativity and imagination to craft new inventive dishes delivering a sense of fun and adventure in a way that captures the magic of the island.

Experience the creativity of the Malaga chef combining the concept of a brasserie with a specially curated menu packed with Ibizan flavour, inspired by local produce and Mediterranean delicacies.

Homegrown fresh produce and the local fish market provide the finest foundation for a new menu which stars innovative new dishes such as Ibizan red shrimp tartare with caviar and ‘chuletón’ alongside favourites like the oxtail brioche or the bipolar tuna, to put extra flavour in your summer.

As with the rest of the restaurants at Nobu Ibiza Bay, BiBo Ibiza Bay offers a relaxed and informal dining experience, with sharing being at the heart of the concept. Positioned directly on the Mediterranean seafront, with the sea breeze, an unbeatable vibe and a bay where you can relax, enjoy and feel truly alive and “BiBo” through the culinary journey for the most pleasant and exciting summer evenings.
