Santa Eulalia, Ibiza. A stylish yet relaxed addition to the Santa Eulalia harbour wowing with Peruvian and Japanese fusion cuisine known as Nikkei.

Higo is a brand-new restaurant for 2021 that is refreshing the palates of diners in the Santa Eulalia marina. Run by an enthusiastic young team who are clearly enjoying their work together, you are guaranteed to enjoy every moment.

The revitalised venue has a relaxed and informal ambience on the garden terrace, with a nice view over the marina to the Balearic Sea. From the comfortable furniture to the warm and inviting décor, Higo is a great venue for a light lunch in the shade or an evening supper with friends.

The restaurant offers a fine representation of trendy Nikkei cuisine, a fusion of ancient Peruvian and Japanese cooking cultures, woven together in culinary harmony. Think fresh ingredients, zesty flavours and vibrant colours on your plate.

Chefs Maximus and Jan have developed a compact and coherent menu that offers diners an exciting, fresh interpretation of classic Nikkei dishes. There are culinary creations to suit everyone, including ceviche, tataki, yakitori, sushi, and beautifully prepared meat or fish from the charcoal Robata grill, plus lots of vegetarian options. All dishes are artfully finished off with micro herbs, grown on location in the restaurant’s own, on-site, hydroculture.

The v-shaped bar invites guests to pull up a chair and enjoy some expertly mixed cocktails while watching all the action in the kitchen in front of them. Whether you are planning a laid-back lunch or a romantic evening, a meal at Higo will score you some culinary kudos points - no doubt!
