Reading the popular press you'd think that all we did in Ibiza was go out clubbing all night and then sleep all the next day in the office. Well, only the second clause of that sentence is true as a new survey shows.
It appears that in the Balearics the most popular weekend activity is watching the telly, closely followed by reading, creative cookery, gardening and walking the dog! In fact we Balearians are Spain's champion dog walkers, devoting more of our time to it than anywhere else in the country.
Perhaps even more of a surprise than our non clubbing activities is the fact that Balearic boys spend less time doing housework than their girlie counterparts. I must have a word with my wife about that…….
