Born from a love for Ibizan viticulture, Ibizkus wines is the island's largest wine producer and exporter, annually producing 90,000 bottles of premium rosé, white and red wines.

Available in many restaurants and beach clubs across the island, Ibizkus wines are blended by winemaker and oenologist David Lorenzo, from Monastrell, Tempranillo, Macabeo, Malvasia Grec, Parellada and Chardonnay grapes collected from selected growers around the island. The Monastrell grape variety accounts for 85% of the more than 30 hectares of Ibizkus vineyards.

Particularly popular are the fresh, aromatic rosé wines, which come in serigraphed bottles, complete with glass stopper and trademark hibiscus flower. The Ibizkus rosé wines account for nearly 65% of the winery's production.

Ibizkus red wines, which include the 2016 vintage as well as the premium 2016 totem, were both rated a 92 (outstanding) in the 2020 Guía Penín guide. The first time a wine grown and bottled on Ibiza received such a high rating.

In 2018, Ibizkus opened the doors to its stylish new Ibizkus winery, tasting room and shop, on the Santa Eulalia road. Its tasting room is an upscale café that offers everything from coffee, tea and refreshments to wines by the glass or by the bottle with a selection of 15 different local and regional specialities. A perfect place to stop for a drink on your way home from the beach!

Ibizkus also offers guided tours which include a visit to the production facility as well as a tasting of 5 different Ibizkus wines for only €15. A second option, to savour a wine as it was always meant to be, includes pairing with a selection of Spanish delicacies for a modest price of only 25€.

Wine tours require advance reservations either through our contact form or directly on the Ibizkus website.
