Frequently asked questions about Ibiza Spotlight online activity bookings.

Can I book an activity for more than 1 person?

Certainly, simply select the number of people you want on each activity. If you are booking for more than one person, the credit card holder is responsible for all the people on the ticket.

Is insurance coverage included in the price?

Insurance is not included in the price unless otherwise specified in the fast facts. We recommend you take out a travel insurance.

What happens if the weather conditions don't allow me to do the activity?

If the activity supplier has to cancel due to the weather conditions, then the supplier will reschedule the activity. If the alternative date does not suit you, then the activity will be fully refunded.

How long is the booking confirmation voucher valid for?

Your voucher is valid for the length of your stay as indicated on your voucher.

When do I receive confirmation of my booking?

At the time of your purchase. Your confirmation e-mail will be sent immediately afterwards with the full instructions on how to proceed. If you do not receive the email, please contact us here:

How do I contact the activity supplier?

You will receive all instructions including telephone number and/or email address to contact the activity supplier. We recommend you get in touch with the supplier as soon as possible. You should contact the supplier at least 1 week before your arrival to confirm your preferred date of the activity - this may vary - please check your voucher. You must present the voucher along with photo ID to the activity supplier.

What kind of ID should I bring with me?

A photo ID which clearly shows your name with a recent photo, e.g. ID card, passport, driving licence.

What is the cancellation policy?

Unless otherwise stated on your confirmation voucher, you can cancel your booking with a 100% refund if you cancel up to 4 days prior to the date of the activity. You will also receive a 100% refund if a cancellation is due to force of nature (eg. storms etc).

Unless otherwise stated on your confirmation voucher, if no date has been arranged with the activity supplier during your stay, you can cancel the activity up to 48 hours before your departure.

In the event of the cancellation or closure of an event by the activity supplier, the full value of this booking will be refunded. You will be advised of the cancellation by email.

How do I pay for my booking?

To pay for the selected activities you will need a credit card (VISA, VISA Debit/Electron and Mastercard). Your credit card will be charged immediately for the full amount. 

You will be billed by Ibiza Spotlight S.L. which will appear on your credit card account.

How are my personal details protected?

Here at Ibiza Spotlight we ensure the highest level of transactional security on all credit card orders. To support our already high levels of fraud screening we have implemented Verified by Visa and Mastercard SecureCode.

This is an extra level of authentication which is required by your bank at the moment of purchase - usually a secret password, a pin number, an sms to your mobile with a one-time code, etc.
