Fun Weddings In Ibiza

Last summer was a really busy summer for me with the organisation of weddings, surprise engagements and private parties taking over my life for four months!

But its all worth it when you see the happy faces, and the life time memories that you know you are making.

One of the funniest weddings to organise was a lovely roof top Ibiza blessing for Jason and Barry, two high flying aircrew, who themed the whole celebration around their sky high careers!

From the yellow and black striped invitations, in the design of a flight boarding card,  sent out right at the beginning, this striking colour scheme followed through the whole  Ibiza Wedding experience.

Jasons Mum, was kept busy for months before the wedding, sewing massive lengths of yellow and black material which were draped from the roof of the luxury cliff top villa, to create a  stunning back drop.

We created an all white ceremony area on the roof, with panoramic views out over the sea, with ghost covered chairs and white aisle for the 65 guests –  drums, hunky male dancers and ushers, live ballad music and lots of cava accompanied the moving “ loving ceremony”,  hosted by Sonia, our lovely vibrant ceremony host - and after the  ceremony -   roof top photos and the  roof top bar opened for plenty of celebration toasts.

With the sun beginning to set the guests were then invited down to the main terrace of the house where a tasty buffet was served informally around the pool and central Jacuzzi . The guests ate, chilled and watched the sunset to the authentic IBIZAN sound of the chillout bongo player .

As the night moved on action was the word with surprise performers, fire dancers, and party frolics filling the villa, along side the 2 resident djs and amazing light show that we created to turn the villa into a party playground.

 A  colourful wedding that I will never forget , a great bunch of  fun people and two lovely genuine guys.
