Weather, events and what to wear in Ibiza in May

At the beginning of the month, normally the second weekend in May, the Medieval Fair takes over the old walled town of Dalt Vila.

Full of atmosphere the processions, stalls selling handmade items and demonstrations of crafts long forgotten all combine to create a great weekend. Walk across the drawbridge and immerse yourself in the hustle and bustle of the fair - it's a great place to buy souvenirs or a treat or two for yourself!

Weather: 15-25 degrees. Daywear: swimwear, t-shirts, and shorts in late May. Evening: long-sleeves or light jacket
