Weather, events and what to wear in Ibiza in July

The 16th sees the fiesta of the Virgen del Carmen, the seamen's patron, when religious processions and wreath laying on the sea takes place in Ibiza town and San Antonio. Keep your eyes out for the flotilla of boats that leave the harbour in early evening to accompany the priest who does the blessing.

This is also the month that owners of expensive yachts moor up in the harbour at Ibiza Town for their summer holidays! See if you can spot the celebrities...George Michael, Tommy Hilfiger and Jean Paul Gualtier are regular visitors!
