Main Courses - Your choice of three
- Grilled entraña - a juicy Argentinean cut of beef.
- Piri Piri chicken - breast of chicken fillets marinated in chilli, lime
and tomato.
- Grilled leg of lamb - marinated with rosemary, lemon zest, and garlic.
- Sausage selection - mixture of prime handmade Spanish sausages, chorizo,
butifarra catalana (similar to Toulouse), and morcilla (Spanish blood sausage).
- Grilled fillet of sea bass marinated in olive oil and thyme.
- Grilled fillet of swordfish marinated in chilli and garlic.
- Grilled Atlantic prawn brochette.
Vegetarian main course option
- Baked aubergine with slow cooked tomato sauce, grilled goats cheese and basil
dressing!
- Peppers Piedmontese - peppers stuffed with cherry tomatoes, garlic, basil
and picual olive oil, slow roasted and finished with buffalo mozzarella.

Accompaniments - Sauces and salads
- Salsa verde with crème fraiche - classic Italian meat or fish accompaniment;
Dijon mustard and olive oil sauce with fresh herbs, capers and shallots.
- Cucumber, coriander and ginger salsa - sweet and sour, this is perfect for
the fish.
- Potato salad - Ibicencan highly waxy red potatoes, crushed with roast red
peppers and tossed with olive oil and salt.
- Green salad with mixed leaves, asparagus and toasted pine nuts. Heirloom
tomato, basil and buffalo mozzarella - 4 types of local organic heirlooms. Cherry,
