We at Ibiza Spotlight know how important it is to have everything just right, so we've collaborated with the best, to bring you the best in wedding day planning and organising, ensuring your entire experience of getting married in a villa is a day of pure joy.

Our Luxury Villa Service takes care of everything that needs planning, (except the villa rental) bringing a touch of magic to your wedding. All you need to do is, hire the villa of your dreams.

For Your Wedding Ceremony we'll organise and include:

• The brides flower bouquet and button hole
• A wedding car.
• The decoration of the ceremony tent and altar
• The décor, consisting of white chairs with ghost covers
• Stylising the chairs with ivory back bows
• Scattered flower petals down a white aisle
• The wedding ceremony itself, performed by a non-clergy host

For Your Wedding Reception we'll organise and include:

• Elegant table centres of glass vases with floating candles, flower petals and plenty of fairy lights.
• 'Champagne' Cocktail and canapes
• Choice of main course and desert dishes
• Wedding Cake
• Open bar (spirits, wines, beers, cava, soft drinks) for 2 hours from the time of the cutting of the cake.
• Professional party DJ (with pre discussed music of your choice)
• Enhanced photo coverage on cd of the ceremony and the reception.

The Celebration begins with your guests being greeted with a glass of delicious raspberry 'champagne' cocktail, together with tasty 'tapas' nibbles (Spanish style canapes).

Pure magic

Beautifully adorned tables, dotted with a variety of freshly baked breads, iced Maldon water and fresh mint stand in readiness for the main course. A choice of three of mouth watering dishes, accompanied by a variety of Mediterranean salads and sauces together with ½ bottle of wine per person, beer, soft drinks and chilled minted water.

The Celebration Menu offers you a choice of main courses dishes, including vegetarian, from which you pre selected three, for your own personal menu.

After the meal, the Wedding Cake, or desert, with 'Champagne' for the toasts.

Then it's time to take your first dance as man and wife and Party the night away with a professional DJ.

This Luxury Villa Wedding, based on 50 guests, cost €10,995 plus vat.

We can also organise those all important little extras:
Hair and beauty from 180 Euros; Bridesmaids bouquets from 45 Euros; Fire dancers 400 Euros; Child minders at 20 Euros an hour.

Our services are available for 10 guests and up to 200. Please ask for a personal quote for your wedding party size.
