Cas Ramons Holiday Villa - sleeps up to 10 people. The peace and tranquillity of country living beckons at Cas Ramons. These 2 semidetached villas comprise of a large and small house. They share the pool and outdoor kitchen area. An ideal place for a sizzling BBQ (accompanied by some fresh greens from the vegetable patch) to end a perfect Ibiza day.

Set in the picturesque north of the island only minutes from the bars, shops and restaurants of San Miguel. A short drive takes you to the beaches of San Miguel and the famous sunset drummers' beach of Benirrás.

A refundable breakage deposit of 1000 Euros is required on arrival. The houses can only be rented together.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposit : You confirm your booking by paying a deposit equivalent to 30% of the total value of the booking. The balance is to be paid on arrival.

Cancellation : If you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival all payments will be refunded in full. If you cancel more than 7 days but less than 30 days before your arrival the villa owner will retain 50% of the deposit as a cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 7 days before your arrival, or if you don't show, the villa owner will retain the deposit as a cancellation fee. These conditions conform to Balearic Island Ministry of Tourism Regulations.

These houses are fine, even though the decor in one of them is a bit outdated. The outside areas are perfect. There is an enormous fruit and
vegetable garden one can pick freely from every day. The owner, Juan, is incredibly friendly. I recommend this house to those looking for a quiet
holiday.
