Cas Ferrer Holiday Villa - sleeps up to 12 people. This stylish, spacious, two storey country house, full of rustic charm, yet with all mod cons, including an exterior kitchen, Wi-Fi, and a bathroom with hydro-massage jets. Cleaning & maintenance are done by the owners, who live in a completely separate house nearby.

Set in the countryside yet only minutes by car from the pretty villages of San Miguel and Santa Gertrudis with supermarkets, banks, bars and fine dining. The sunset drummers' beach of Benirrás is a 10 min drive, Ibiza town a 20 min drive away.

A breakage deposit is not required.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposit : You confirm your booking by paying a deposit equivalent to 30% of the total value of the booking. The balance is to be paid on arrival.

Cancellation : If you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival all payments will be refunded in full. If you cancel more than 7 days but less than 30 days before your arrival the villa owner will retain 50% of the deposit as a cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 7 days before your arrival, or if you don't show, the villa owner will retain the deposit as a cancellation fee. These conditions conform to Balearic Island Ministry of Tourism Regulations.
