BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposit : You confirm your booking by paying a deposit equivalent to 30% of the total value of the booking. The balance is to be paid on arrival.
Cancellation : If you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival all payments will be refunded in full. If you cancel more than 7 days but less than 30 days before your arrival the villa owner will retain 50% of the deposit as a cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 7 days before your arrival, or if you don't show, the villa owner will retain the deposit as a cancellation fee. These conditions conform to Balearic Island Ministry of Tourism Regulations.

We had an excellent stay in Casa Julian. The interior décor may not be as swanky as some other villas but the grounds and pool are gorgeous. It is a good location with easy access to Ibiza Town and Playa den Bossa, and also the lovely northern beaches. We would certainly consider staying again next year.
