Casa Calma Villa - A beautifully modernised 300 year old finca with two en suite bathrooms. Outside there is another kitchen, a BBQ and a 'chill-out' area, very special for relaxing at night in the ambient light of the pool.

Set in its own extensive grounds in the centre of the island, yet only 2 km from amenities and fine dining in the trendy restaurants of San Rafael. The historic and exciting atmosphere of Ibiza town, the iconic clubs, and golden sandy beaches are all within 10 km.

A refundable breakage deposit of 500 Euros is required on arrival.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposit : You confirm your booking by paying a deposit equivalent to 30% of the total value of the booking. The balance is to be paid on arrival.

Cancellation : If you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival all payments will be refunded in full. If you cancel more than 7 days but less than 30 days before your arrival the villa owner will retain 50% of the deposit as a cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 7 days before your arrival, or if you don't show, the villa owner will retain the deposit as a cancellation fee. These conditions conform to Balearic Island Ministry of Tourism Regulations.

Honestly, this was one of the best vacations we have ever had. If you want to stay at a truly authentic Ibiza villa, this is the right choice.

When you are looking around on the internet it's so difficult to decide on lodging. It's tough to know what you will actually get when you arrive. Rest assured, you will NOT be unhappy with deciding on this place.

I couldn't recommend this place above what I am. If you have any concerns, call me: in the US 919.280.8506. I will give you the full rundown.

We are going back to Ibiza, and when we do, we will be staying here.

I only hope the local cats are there when we come back. They were a lot of fun!!!
